PVE actuators mount on Danfoss PVG proportional directional control valve sections and move the valve spool in response to an electrical signal. They are used on mobile hydraulic machinery, where an operator joystick or machine controller sends a signal and the actuator positions the spool to control oil flow to a cylinder or motor. This page lists 34 part numbers across the PVEA32, PVED32, PVEH32, PVEH120, PVEM32, PVEO32, PVEO120, PVE120, PVES32, PVG16 and PVHC16 series.
The series differ in how they control the spool. PVEO models are on/off actuators, listed in 12V and 24V versions, and some include a ramp function for smoother switching. The proportional PVEA, PVEH, PVEM and PVES models are listed with either active or passive fault monitoring, which affects how the actuator reports or reacts to a fault. The PVED32 CC model is listed with Isobus, used on agricultural and mobile equipment. Some PVEM32 and PVG16 entries include a float function, and the PVG16 list also includes manual PVM lever actuators. The PVHC16 entry is a 12V actuator listed at 20 bar with 180° rotation.
