The Mars Valves ball valve range on Valvenok covers 17 series across 1-piece, 2-piece, 3-piece, multi-way, wafer, fire-safe flanged, sanitary and economical designs. Bodies are mainly CF8M (316) stainless steel, with CF3M on selected sanitary series and WCB carbon steel on others, and PTFE or RTFE seats. Sizes run from 1/4 inch on the threaded series to 12 inches on the larger flanged and multi-way series, with pressure ratings of up to 2000 PSI on certain series.
Body construction affects maintenance. 1-piece valves such as Series 10/10 are compact, low-cost units; 2-piece valves such as Series 20/40 and 22 offer full port flow; 3-piece valves such as Series 77, 83 and 88 let the centre section be removed for seat replacement without disturbing the end connections. Multi-way Series 33, 36 and 39 divert or mix flow, and Series 33 offers L, T, I, X, LL and TT ball porting.
API 607 fire-safe certification applies only to the fire-safe series (83, 88, 90D and 91D), and the 36SN sanitary series is listed as 3-A certified, so check the individual series before specifying. Series 22, 77, 88, 94D and 99 have ISO 5211 mounting for direct actuation.
