No Additional Gaskets Required

The seat profile eliminates the need for additional flange gaskets — simplifying installation and ensuring consistent sealing performance at the pipe flange interface.

Machined Position Mark

A machined position mark ensures accurate disc alignment during installation — removing guesswork and reducing the risk of misalignment-induced leakage on commissioning.

Self-Lubricating Upper Stem

The upper stem is secured by the operator with an integrated O-ring providing lifelong lubrication — reducing maintenance requirements and ensuring smooth long-term operation.

One-Piece High-Strength Body

One-piece ductile iron body casting delivers high strength with minimal weight — available in multiple materials and configurations for both wafer and lug installation.

Reduced Pressure Drop Design

316 Stainless Steel Disc

ISO 5211 Actuator Mounting
